Convicted killer Justin Stein will battle allegations he was in possession of child abuse videos when he faces a 10-day trial in a Sydney court next year.
Stein was earlier this year found guilty by a jury of murdering his then-partner’s nine-year-old daughter, <a href="medium”>https://psychic-readings.org/psychic-chat-in-uk/;psychic%20medium%20chat”>medium chat reviews Charlise Mutten.
Justice Helen Wilson last month handed Stein a life sentence after he was found to have shot Charlise at his family’s Mount Wilson property before he wrapped her body and dumped it in a barrel near the Colo River.
Months after he was arrested in January 2022 over Charlise’s death, Stein, 33, was also charged with two counts of possessing child abuse material.
He is alleged to have been in possession of videos which portrayed child sexual abuse.
It is not alleged the material related to Charlise Mutten.
Stein was scheduled to face a <a href="jury”>https://www.bing.com/search?q=jury%20starting&form=MSNNWS&mkt=en-us&pq=jury%20starting”>jury starting next month however his lawyers on Friday appeared before the Penrith District Court where they made an application to vacate the trial date.
The application wasn’t opposed by the Crown prosecution and Judge Craig Everson gave the matter a new trial date of March 17 next year.
